Description
Pleasant and rather popular walk – younger sister, in a simpler version, of the path that leads to the shrine of Madonna del Sass / Madonna dei Piai – which starts directly from the center of the village of Transacqua and leads, in a few kilometers, on the beautiful meadows with belvedere of Navòi. The loop, full of fountains, develops entirely on paved roads near houses, thus giving the possibility to be walked throughout the year, even in the presence of snow, with stroller / pram.
The description of this loop starts from the center of Transacqua, although it may be convenient to start from the Sports Center in the location of Fossi (Transacqua) or directly from Fiera di Primiero.
From the main square of the village (Piazza Municipio, Transacqua), head S along the flat street of Via Giuseppe Zecchini towards Caltena; once past the stream of Rio Carpenze in the location of Scamorzi, tha walk takes – keeping to the right – the street of Via Navoi. The road, always flat, leads in a short time to the so-called Molinét, an old mill on the now disused by the stream of Rich Maór, crosses the watercourse and, after a very short climb, heads towards the beautiful meadows of the location of Navòi.
Past the shoreline on the left where there used to be a ski slope, the route proceeds on a slightly uphill stretch (perhaps the most challenging part of this walk) that leads to the small plateau of Belvedere, where the beautiful gardens of Belvedere Enrica / Parco Benessere Navoi are also located. Despite the proximity to the inhabited area, the view sweeps wide over the surrounding meadows, the mountain chain of Vette Feltrine, the High Primiero and the Pale di San Martino / Pala Group, in a small and pleasantly quiet corner. From Belvedere, the trail begins to gradually descend, making a wide bend (crossroads with the trail towards Mezzano / Madonna del Sass) and heading back toward Fiera di Primiero. A few hundred meters and you reach near the bed of the Cismón Torrent (crossroads with the cycle path), where the walk proceeds keeping to the side of the main road (Via delle Fonti), on the cycle path, reaching first the location of Fossi and then crossing the main road of Via Risorgimento, which the itinerary takes to the right and follow uphill until arriving at Piazza Municipio, back at the starting point of the loop.

- From main square of Piazza Municipio (Transacqua), continue S along the street of Via Giuseppe Zecchini towards Caltena, passing the stream of Rio Carpenze at the location of Scamorzi [0h 05],
- Take the street of Via Navoi and walk it entirely [0h 20],
- From the public gardens Belvedere Enrica, follow the road and descend along the street of Via delle Fonti, which then follows the bed of the stream of Cismón (bicycle path) up to the crossroads with the main road of Via Risorgimento [0h 40],
- Go along the street of Via Risorgimento, taking it to the right, until you return to Piazza Municipio [0h 45]. ✓
